The good thing about the 360 is that is has these bolt ons. For £20 more than a wii you can get upscaling DVD capabilities and HD...
either way your're talking at least 2 hours for imaging the machine and setting everything up. going by how long it takes us using an altiris server to push the image out etc
HD ready is a screen which will display HD broadcasts at 720p, 1080i or 1080p. Lookk for HDMI sockets too.
If it can't do these, its not HD ready. Simple!

if i get a sky+ box from on the cheap, can i use my normal card in it? Also can u just upgrade the sky+ subscription without buying the box through them?
DVD and 360 work fine using the optial lead, but i'm having problems with the rear speakers on normal tv channels/sky box. 2 RCAs (phono in/out) are giving wierd "underwater" noise from the rear speakers. Is this normal or is there a way round it?
