Can't see me putting ASTs into a car that cost considerably less than they'd cost! Do you think B14s are a step up from Cooksports? A little firmer and adjustable ride height and I'd be happy.
Last month I had a misfire on track under load. I read a code for the front O2 sensor, so it was changed as well as a new coil pack at the time. Yesterday I went to another track day and did one lap.......huge miss fire over 6k rpm and now occasionally won't start, not even a kick.....then...
15mm hubcentrics if I had to run spacers,
not true, most spigot rings are plastic and not load bearing at all, only there for ease of fitting centre
it's 15mm hub centric or none imo!
I'd only fit hubcentric spacers personally, they have a raised centre to locate the spigots, I know they don't take weight but help locate/centre the wheel.
I wouldn't touch them. I bought a pair of camber shims and not only were they not the same, they were finished very poorly. I bought PMS top mounts and am very happy with them.
:tired: Arrrrrrrrrgh! 15 laps into a 2hr race at Le Mans in an lmp2 and I had a weird screen glitch, hit the wall in the darkness and the game crashed, followed by the Xbox shutting down 😧 Not happy
on here and other forums about AP generally, not found a positive comment.
I know what you mean though about opinions on coilovers. I'm tempted to try the B14s myself as I'd like more control over the ride height and Don't want to spend a grand on suspension!
I'd recommend cooksports over Eibach...
From what I've read.....barge, touch, with, pole, a, don't, them.....rearrange as necessary
Billies can be had from Germany for £501 delivered at yesterdays exchange rate
I have an Xbox, was worried about the handling not having or wanting a wheel, it's epic on the controller once you adjust the settings. The default settings are awful!
:fearscream:
Everyone loves my white bits lol! It's a track car, more white bits to come along with some advertising. Get ready to hate it more :fearscream: :tonguewink:
The 10 has a 10k engine/turbo build, Advan Racing wheels that cost three times more than my Clio and is hugely expensive...
Ones in the 1st post are what I have, they push in and fit perfectly with no gaps, have a look on demon tweeks for 100mm brake ducting. The eBay ones are smaller and way too expensive for what they are IMO.
Ok so I gave in, I'm weak. Bought it t this afternoon, skipped the Karts, just won the Formula rookie world championship and heading for Ginettas next season, it's just bloody fantastic
28psi hot?
They need more pressure, mine were set to 28.5psi cold and they were great. I'd try winding the damping back a little too, soft springs and little damping isn't great imo
