Yeah was touch to get on should it be easy to fit ?

I apologise for the stupidity in advance but I'm sat here scratching my head ive re fitted the standard steering wheel to my cup but when I'm driving the wheel is proper on the piss sat at about 7oclock now that can't be the tracking out that much surely ? Or is there specific splines the wheel...

Had my wheels off today an noticed that the inside pad on the passenger side caliper was almost worn to the metal where as the outer pad had loads of life left I take it my caliper isnt working as it should now I've ordered new discs an pads as the discs have seen better days when I replace them...
