Rear caliper

Had my wheels off today an noticed that the inside pad on the passenger side caliper was almost worn to the metal where as the outer pad had loads of life left I take it my caliper isnt working as it should now I've ordered new discs an pads as the discs have seen better days when I replace them will they do the same again ?

the sliders will need sorting out, they get corroded in between the two rubbers and this stops the movement. carrier can corrode and jam the pads in place as well.
