Spotted a lowered, CS stickered 1*2 on Lipson Road, Plymouth today, about 11am. Reg something like 53 TLX?

Happened a while ago to mine mate, the locking motor in the door had gone, needed to be replaced....Cant remember how much now, but it wasnt too cheap :dapprove:

I'd recommend Longlife, they custom make the exhaust to your specifications, size of pipe, style and sound etc. www.longlife.co.uk They have some mixed reviews on here, but I got mine done at the Plymouth branch and they were first class.

I've just ordered a HID kit, but I'm wondering if i need one of these adapter plates to fit them? I'm sure i read somewhere on here that I do...

Standard with all clios i think mate, mine sounds like a diesel aswell, but if it does get increasingly louder then it possibly needs changing, i think its easier to do when doing the cambelt aswell iirc.

They're angel eyes at the front...so Im not sure how to change an LED ring?

Dash lights and passenger sidelights have decided to die on me tonight. So i changed the sidelight fuses and it just blew again. Put a higher rate fuse in and it fixed the dash and rear sidelight problem but the front one is still dead....Any ideas what might be causing this please guys!!?!!

Don't bother with a bridge, you'll only get bored with it's limitations. Save for a DSLR, you'll never look back.

Yep, used tinting spray outta a can too... Its easy enough to do, but gives a kinda matte look on the lights. Means you can apply as much/little as you want though, just spray them over evenly on both lights. Take the clusters out and spray on...easy :)

Saw a blue 1*2 yesterday outside Mumfords in Plymouth, white alloys, lowered and buckets - looked amazing!

The reflectors are the part the MOT and Police are tough on, although its really how much light is let through the tint too... Mine were far, far too tinted in hind-sight now, but I never had any problems with the law at all.

Get them professionally done at a bodyshop, mix loads of laquer with some paint and then spray them. Means the reflector will still be working and you will end up with some very tinted lights. Heres my first clio with spray tinted lights... Cost me £30 to get done :)

I know this is a probably a stupid question, but i dont know a great deal about engines....where abouts is the 'inlet manifold' where this box is supposed to be, next on the list will be the 'TDC sensor'...
