This how I had mine, got them sprayed professionally at a bodyshop. Bit of paint and a lot of laquer as far as i know. They do go through the MOT but they're pretty dangerous to drive with tbh. I wouldn't have them again anyway.
I'll keep an eye out for you mate, I'm out around town alot :)
Mine's silver, lowered, twin exit exhaust, angel eyes and the mandatory CS sticker in the back window :D
Hey mate, might be a bit far for you but these guys seem to be pretty well respected in these parts, had a chat to them a while ago, good prices and the guy knew his stuff, might be worth a look.

Is it a good idea to notify your insurance company if you install HID's?
I know they're technically illegal to have on a vehicle without the normal washers etc. So is it a declaration job to the insurance or not?
Cheers guys :D
Lol, yep that is a HKS sticker on the bonnet, its used to cover up a scratch so i'm told :( His car needs a bit of work i agree lol
Clio has already been lowered 40mm although at the front it really doesnt show that much which is a bit disappointing...
Future plans are to get the exhaust...
Was bored the other night so took a drive around town with my mate and took some pics ( mine's the clio - his is the chavved up Fiesta :P )
Comments guys?
Ive got some old 6x9's in my room which are collecting dust so was thinking about putting them into the clio's parcel shelf - yes i know they're crap and sound awful but they can't be much worse than the standard clio rear speakers :o
Is there a way of disconnecting the rear ones and running...
It depends month to month i think, depends how many claims they've had that month as to how much they'll rip you off the following month. Ive had quotes go up and down over a few weeks so it's deffo possible they do change.
For 60mm you really need to change the shocks too mate, although I know quite a few people who've just changed the springs and been fine for years so its a gamble really if you want to risk it.
IMO I'd just change the springs and if it kills the shocks then get uprated ones, if not then keep...
