Yeah I'll go for plugs first, if I get the proper iridium ones what do they need gapping to? I'll be honest I've never gapped a set of plugs lol normally just whack em in [emoji15] it's spluttery at anything under 2500rpm, once above that it drives perfect, no loss of power or anything...

Tbh mate in your situation it is probably best to buy a cheap one that needs doing then at least you have the piece of mind of knowing that it's done anyhow, especially with it being a track car it's one less thing to worry about but that noise to me even with a phone recording sounds like...
