I've had them all, old yozza, new yozza and miltek.
Tbh the miltek was the best fitment out of them all, literally stuck it on and didn't have to fart on adjusting it in the cut outs so it looked right.
Old yozza was a nightmare to sit right and the noise ended up embarressing.
The new...
Why not just get it weighed standard and then weigh the car when your finished? Stops the other halfs asking why you're balancing a seat on the bathroom scales lol
I always used to like k-tec but it seems they're forever defending their 'mapper'. Surely a big enough company like k-tec can afford to get rid of him and get someone who can do it properly
I'll have the carpet out of it if you like?
Remove the sound deadning from the floors
take bottom of dash out
polycarb windows
fibreglass doors
fibreglass bonnet/boot or carbon if you can hold of it
Lightweight wheels
Remove aircon
Single rear backbox exhaust
Theres plenty of things to do to...
My Dci keeps blowing headlights, it's not just the one headlight its both of them.
Anyone had any problems like this? Getting sick and just feel like ripping my 182 xenons out and sticking them in the dci
If you do get them sorted give them a few coats of polish and use a decent sealent, I would hope it will mean cleaning them after will be easier and save you f**king on like you're having to do at the minute.
Re: My Phase 1 ITB Daily Runner
Does this mean it's left freds? Always have a good look over it every time I'm in there.....glad if it has gone then I can get my car in :D
As for the map, I had the displeasure of driving my mates trophy which was mapped by tdf, went accross to RS tuning for a...
Just bought a little brother for the 182 in the shape of my girlfriends black dci. Should be getting a few little problems sorted on it, back on coilovers and may well use my trophy turini's for the time being :D
It will be the sunroof Nick, my girlfriends dci did the same, in the end I gave up and tiger sealed the s**t out of it, looks like a terrible job I did....but it works :D
Piers - Will do mate, just drop me a pm when you're thinking of going over and I'll come up.
As for the s1 rallye, Black is the only s1 rallye colour I haven't owned, I used to have a stone mint white s1 with a 16v in and that thing flew, there's nothing quite like hussling a 106/saxo down a...
Still looking stunning mate, will get my brother to have a look when he gets in from work. He said the other day he regretted selling it but atleast it's still in good condition
I weighed mine with aircon in it with 1 seat and it was 960kg's. Didn't remove the carpets/half the dash etc although I didn't have a cage in either.
You'll be looking at 920-930kg's with 1/4 tank in it
Espace airbag makes 2bhp peak power gain and loses the same ammount on the bottom end.
From experience of testing a few different filters, the ITG maxogen is the best air filter to use with a standard inlet and it gives a good torque gain in the mid-range.
I love this Thread, I'd hate to think what would happen if the best traders on here started f**king customers cars up, I think the clio world would crumble.
I'll happily continue to use Btm performance and Rs tuning, they were the best in the Clio business when I arrived many moons ago and...
Had some spare time tonight so thought I'd get cracked on with cleaning my arch's.
Only had time to do the rear one tonight
Before:
Some afters
Still not 100% dirt free but around 90%...less weight etc ;)
As mentioned in my last update, I'd given the turini's some love, still...
Did the dial plastic a while ago, thought some might want to have a little look at my 50/50 I got.
Use'd some fast cut plus and finished with some menzerna pf4500 (I think thats the one)
Whilst I had the cover off I gave the dial's themselves a quick wipe over and re-installed them...
