dont part the car both garages are at fault they should be sorting the car free of charge name and shame and let other clio sport owners in the north east avoid these garages they might just change there mind about fixing yours if there going to lose customers by having there names all over...

I get about 80 miles for 20 quid 228 is enough for me much more you would need a lsd to get all the power down

na it was'nt my car in AAS have they got one in thats 350hp ?

I love motocross dont race though dont have the time theres not many good tracks in the north east we go down to fat cats in doncaster in the summer quite a lot ive got a kxf 250 ive spent a fortune on it

one of the studs holding the turbo on keeps snapping this is the third time now ive had the k-tec uprated mounts with dog bone mount fitted thinking this would solve any engine movement and the problem but still happening anyone got any ideas

It will cost about 3000 for for all the bits new but if you get the right parts second hand you could do it cheaper but i would'nt want cheap or second hand parts like turbos going on my car save and do it right the first time

That was mine that made 228 ive just had the new boost pipes from k-tec fitted today it feels much better to drive and more resposive which forge intercooler you got might change mine ive just got the one that k-tec supplied

I had the same problem turned out to be a corroded wire i took the car to an auto electrition they found and sorted the problem might be worth getting one to have a look did'nt cost that much either

I had the same problem changed coil pack all leads upgraded still the same went to see a auto electrion turned out to be a dodgy wire

Thanks for the offer but ive sorted it there was a tiny split in one of the boost pipes

All the pipes have been checked its not down on boost either its a strange one

I thought my exhaust was blown ive had it checked its not then i thought it must be the manifold or down pipe had that took off and checked its spot on but it sounds like a blown exhaust/whistle only happens when the boost kicks in ive also took the dump valve off anyone got any ideas Thanks

would'nt take a push bike to quick fit go to a normal garage it will be half the price
