No, any coilover that you fit should really be set up correctly. With two way adjustables, you can stiffen or soften the damper setting. You don't have 3 set up costs.
As Warren said, you find the correct setting for yourself. I would change mine depending on which track and weather conditions.

I think there is a lesson to be learned form that and from you mentioning OMP.
Low quality, cheap belts. You got two years out of them use out of them. I would say that is about their lifespan.
You need 3" belts imo. Sabelt, TRS or Schroth...

Personally, for a dedicated ring tool, I think a cage is worth it. Depends how hard you want to push and how safe you want to be. IMO I'd rather spend £400 on saving my neck than 3-5bhp increase in engine power.
tbh for a clio for the ring, forget about searching out hp figures and major engine mods.

If the calipers are not 197/meganeRS what are they? They are stamped with renault, as in your first pic. I'm not aware of any other renault model with Brembo calipers?
The 5L image has been photoshoped really badly, as it is a pic of the ST 10-40.
