Discs are a little warped so I brought some new ones, a little birdie tells me I should change my pads with them too as "they are bedded for your old discs". Is the birdie correct?

My mate had this on his Civic, turn out there is a cog in the door that obviously pushing the window up and a few of the teeth were badly worn causing it to make a noise and jump around abit when doing it up.

At the min I have standard suspension with 17" Kei Force 10 alloys. Its annoying because there is alot of space above the wheels and the arch but all 4 are rubbing on some s**t in the arches :( Just to avoid confusion on the original post, i DONT want it lowered.

Is it possible just to get stiffer springs. I told really want to lower it and im already fouling the arches, but I do just need to prevent body roll. hmm ?
