Just put 17" Kei Force 10's on my MK2 1.2 Clio 2004 and its rubbing at the back constantly (not too bad) and on the front when im half lock each direction.. Im told I need to 'roll' the arches. It's on standard suspension. Also, it gets worse with body roll. How can this be done? Cheers

Think yourself lucky, I was paying £470 a month with Quinn Insurance which were my cheapeast (Full Comp). I've changed it to TPTF and its £330. I even tried I-Kube where they put a tracker in and they was quoting £550 a month full comp. WTF!

If im sitting on motorway at 70mph in 5th gear i get 40mpg MAX. MK2 1.2 16v 2004. Gear ratio's are w**k on 1.2l - if you do 80-85 in a 1.2 its screaming its head off.

In your case buddy, IMHO I wouldn't bother as the black bumpers / side panels kind of make your black wheels look better with them.

Can anyone help me in terms of decatting my 1.2 16v? Do i just cut the actual cat 'box' off and weld a straight pipe in its place? Has anyone on here decatted a 1.2? How does it run after?

My one is rattling and all i want is a new one but i got a weird problem. All over ebay and other sites the cat that is 'meant' for my car has a flexi hose and slightly different angles to the one on my car. The ones on ebay/sites that look like they will fit are for 8v engines but mines 16v...

Hello all. I'm 17, been on road few months and chose a clio 2 1.2 16v 2004 as my first car.. Already put a Ktec Recessed catback on and looked for some more nice mods.. Usually I know you don't mod 1.2's lol but im going to have this car for a while as it was £2500 and gotta pay credit card off...

So I have to take it somewhere and pay like 200 to get a little more revs on idle ?

Ok. My idle has always been abit low, but now I have my new catback, I want it a little higher so you can actually hear the deep voice of the pipe. How do you increase the tick over revs ?

I brought some standard ones from Halfords about 2 months ago and they are awful. Never buying them again. However, I have no experience on Aero ones :S -> I'll look into it when I want some more.

Ok.. I'm willing to pay thought because it looks 10x better when its done :) I saw another 1.2 with colour coded bumpers and thought it was a diff car at first until i had second look !
