Better off taking the shaft out and doing it properly removing the cv joint etc if you're going to the trouble of getting the shaft ready to come out. You won't loose the box oil on the drivers side either.
And make sure you use decent clips that are properly tight or the grease will just make...

Righto few picture and bits and bobs to sort. Had a problem with the fuel gauge not working above 2/3 after having the walbro fitted at rstuning, was down to the sender being clipped on in the wrong position and not having a full sweep of travel. So let the tank run right down to fumes them...
Seats fit but you'll need subframes to suite the clio. And a clio seatbelt buckle as the pretensioner connections are different. And then someone to disable your side airbags to take the light off.

First thing you should do when working on a cars electrics like this is disconnect the battery. Saves all that sort of crap and the potential for damaging something expensive.

One of the 30A battery fuses had blown and cut the supply to the switching+protection unit, £3 later and shes a runner again. Can't find anything wrong to make it blow though so i'm hoping it was just old fuse and it'd had enough, still i'm keeping extras in the car now!

All the old omex installs are like that as the standard ecu isn't receiving a lot of data it thinks it should be. The newer EC1 install thats tour de force do eliminate this and are generally much more tidyier.
Rev limiter will be whatever its set in the map.
