Big flat head won't work need a long phillips or a very long small headed flat head. And you won't dent the car either unless you do something totally amazing.

Define bubbling? i.e. bubbling in the bottom of the bottle or just where its coming up the return? I'd be very surprised if its got hgf on a standard engine, possibly imaginig a problem where there isn't one.

    Petrol cap jammed

Sounds the the solenoid for the locking bar isn't working. Can you hear it operate when you unlock/lock the car? You won't break it off without damaging something but if its like the meganes then you may be able to bend the plastic cover open enough to push the rod back. Its at the top in the...

Can anyone help? Seller obviously saw me coming :(

The central locking will be an electrical fault somewhere, nothing to do with the fob. The knock will probably be worn engine mounts. Throttle dedal being hard will need a new throttle cable or the body greasing. And no unfortuantely you haven't really got a leg to stand on. How much did you...

You could, just depends if thats whats causing it first. But yes just disconnect the control module and see what happens.

    *FAO Electrical Experts - Urgent*

Unfortunately yes, they can be a barsteward to break off the splines too. It sits underneath the wiper motor and there should be a plastic cover over it to stop water dripping into it but they still can end up suffering water ingress.

Yup, and then the siren in the skuttle if that doesn't help. It nothing to do with the immobiliser its just a CAT1 upgrade piggyback alarm.

Thats all fine and well but what has caused it to fray in the first place?? Needs investigating before chucking a new belt on.

    Electrical query

No replacing the cable is the safest option, spending on a new hoover is just plain daft.

    Electrical query

Solder and heatshrink. Or disconnect the flex internally from the hoover and replace it completely.

    advise on a megane decat

Drivers side shaft out (so drain box oil), anti-rotation mount off the bottom of the engine plus its associated brackets, obstruction spanners needed to get the bolts off the turbo->cat studs (and don't break any!), couple of brackets holding the cat to the block and a hell of a lot of jiggling...

Where's this oil leak coming from?

Its the AC drier, and the ac system has oil in it. Hence the question. Looks too clean to be engine oil.
