Wasn't Martin, car looked pretty much a standard 182 without cup packs. See a few knocking around wolves and dudley but only a couple of people actively use this forum
you could try some of the redline heavy shock oil. Looks like fruity smoothie but it supposed to be pretty good at protecting a box if a lot of power/abuse is what it has to put up with.

As above. I've changed box oil on some cars that are getting on for 100k with no changes, the colour that it comes out complete with silver streaks isn't good at all. For the time and money it costs to change it then its a no brainer really.
