My bad matey! I'm only interested in manager mode really, thought I started off well beating Chelsea 3-1 with hull City until I played man City and got stuffed 4-0!!
I had this problem exactly on my 59 plate 200. I took it to renault they said a new box was needed. They gave me 75% towards it and I payed the rest. Once I sent renaults invoice to the dealer I bought the car from, they refunded me the money.
Not a clue mate, I'm not mechanically gifted but I managed to do it myself. Will the boot not open at all? If not you'll need to take the boot card of to pop the boot from the inside.
It will be either your boot button that's faulty or the solonoid in the lock. Think the lock is £58.20 and the push button is £31.20 from Adam at renault Wolverhampton. Or if you want to get second hand look at ren parts they are £20 each. Hope this helps.
Gary.
Welcome! Have a search for what tyres people use as prices vary a lot. I've got continental contisport 5's on mine and from what I remember was £120 a tyre fitted. As matt above said check the box for replacement or make sure it feels 100% right with no niggles. Good luck with the search.
This^^! Get a super soaker 5000 or whatever they are called now, blow them of your roof! Hope no one from the cat protection agency is reading this thread mind...
You sound like you know these issues well so I would not worry mate. Mine crunches into 2nd occasionally when cold but once warm it's all good. Have you driven one yet? Only advice I could give is, make sure you thoroughly check the gearbox hasn't got any crunches when you test drive it. Do a...
Welcome nick! You can read into the horror story's of gearbox failure as much as you want (mine had to be changed out of warranty) but then again many people's 200's are running free from trouble. On my 200 very occasionally you get the 'Clio kangaroo'ing' but that is quite rare and gear changes...
So I've not drove the car all week, drove it to wickes last night and when I come to a standstill and press start/stop button to turn the engine off, the boot pops open!? It has done this 4times last night, any ideas why it's started doing that? Cheers
