Quite a lot of SLK55 owners get an X pipe. That is meant to free it up some extra noise quite nicely. Pretty sure if Ant wants more noise this is a good route to go!

Yup the 5.4 in mine has 16 spark plugs :)

Comes with 6 months warrenty from the garage. To be honest I am not overly worried, they are pretty reliable and I checked all the common bits when I looked at the car.

My high level brake light failed earlier this year (Trophy/V6 Spoiler) and it just needed a replacement LED unit. Apparently a relatively common problem. I think the cup spoiler unit is quite cheap, a lot cheaper than the V6 one!
