Forgot to say that the drive feels more 'rough' too.

Tried it 'coasting' and noise still present if that helps? To me it definately sounds constant. Checked CV boots and they all appear undamaged. Cheers.

Yeah it is annoying, anyone know if this will be recorded so an ODB reader could detect fault?

Have the same problem during idle (occasionally flashes) - would one of the code readers detect the fault logged?

I have exactly same issue - what was wrong in the end? Mine squeaks and have the same problem when turning at slow speeds, feels like a wheel is about to drop off!

Some problem my end and had it on my old 172, hoping its not the Sachs dampers on there way out! Do you get a constant whirring / humming noise at all speeds?

Any idea on the life of a set of OEM rear bearings?

Owned a 172 and now a Trophy and now think I have same problem as I had before - rear bearing whine / hum. Are these made of paper or just have an incredibly small life?!
