I have a ph2 172 that won't start, it just turns over sometimes rumbles into life then dies straight away but not always. If you unplug the fuel pump fuse and put it back in and turn it over it will start then die. The timing is perfect, also tried another ecu and uch still done the same as it's...

Changed my uch because the drivers window wasn't working and now the passenger sides stopped working. There are no fuses blown I've checked every one. It doesn't click the way it did when it was the drivers side making me think it's not a uch problem. any ideas anyone could it be a relay or so...

I got my alternator reconditioned a few months back I'm sure I got a year warranty with it, yeah my brother said that it could be the alternator aswell but I thought then the battery light would be on. Thanks for the reply

Cars lowered aswell, starts and drives fine. I'm thinking the battery could mabye be causing it ?

Thanks for the reply, I thought mabye water had got into the fuse box or something so sprayed some dw40 on all the fuses, it was more of a flood than a puddle was up until just under the bump strips on the door

I think so mate but I think there's another one aswell, the one with the red/orange wheels I think still has the bullets that colour but I'm pretty sure there was another floating about.

I've seen it about it used to have bright orange wheels, seen your iceberg on f1's aswell

I think he got handed some one else's rr print out, I had a look at that aswell lol

It seems as if it only does it when I take the car a good run and it's warm if i wait long enough for it to cool down it seems to start no problem. Anyone got any ideas ??

I often get my imobilliser light flashing quickly when I put my key in surely that's nothing to do with it not starting when the light goes of as normal ?
