Can anyone tell me if the bracket for the uch is also an earth for it please before i start dismantling things ? The only reason i ask is my lights flicker when i turn the car on but it stops when i move the uch on the bracket

Is there not a switch on the other end of the barrel you can pop off and put a screwdiver in ?

Tbh i aint done a clio but iv had to do it before to other cars so you maybe right

The barrel has to come out to take the steering lock off unless you dont need the steering lock in which case just snap it

dont you need the key to take the ignition barrel out without having to faf about cutting it out ?

Mine does the same and from what iv read its the uch but ill be keeping an eye on this thread

Does each xenon have its own relay does anyone know ?

A couple of days ago i begun getting a clicking from near my glovebox like a relay going mental which went in time with my headlights flickering when i started the car , now my nearside headlight has gone and the clicking has stopped . can anybody enlighten me to what the problem may be ? Cheers

Its actually mates rates and the bloke thatll be doing it is from a highly regarded gearbox specialists in sheffield so im not to worried but ill speak to him first now youve said that haha

Can somebody tell me the best place to get a clutch fitted in sheffield for the best price iv been quoted £125 for fitting and £120+vat for the clutch from gsf . does this sound about right ? Cheers in advance
