As far as i'm aware they aren't a replaceable part you have to buy a new wheel. I believe streamline carbon are working on replacement carbon ones if thats your sort of thing.

As far as I'm aware the alpha webber ecu is out of date and nobody maps them as they have to pay for a licence I believe please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know its possibly a tall order but if you could get the 182 system near the 500 pound mark i bet you would shift loads as opposed to none.

I would use streamline personally. expensive but they use pre preg and from a carbon fibre laminator you are never going to get what i would call an acceptable finish from wet lay .plus wet lay carbon is heavier and weaker.
