I had a Spectrum 48k and then the 128k+2. Loved both of them but not so much the loading times! Especially annoying when you had to press down the lid of the cassette deck in order for some games to load.
Where Time Stood Still was excellent and Your Sinclair, with Farty the Warthog, was always...
I have the Tamron Sony A-Mount version and for the price it is a excellent lens. I've used it for motorsport without any real problems but I do plan on upgrading to the more expensive USD version. I do benefit from in-body IS though with Sony so not sure how well the lens performs on Canon.
In most reviews I've read the A77 scores better than the 7D. I also already have a selection of Sony/Minolta lenses so it makes sense to stick with Sony.

That's the same combo I'm using, I used the Switcheasy Canvas on the iPad 2 and loved it so it was the natural choice for my new iPad.
I bought the Belkin case from Amazon last year, think it cost under £10 at that time.
The new iPad displays text far clearer than the iPad 2 did. When I bought the iPad 2 my first comment when powering it on was how crap the screen clarity was compared to my iPhone 4. That issue has now been fixed, the leap in screen tech is huge.
