i would help you but a bit far for me. depending on how soon your thinking of doing it, im going to be getting some coilovers soon and can do a tutorial thing then for you.

a 2.0l is high comp and a turbod car is low comp. id ask on driftworks if i were you they are verry helpfull and know allot about things like this. they helpd me with my 200sx and that was an awsome car once finished.
oz is a verry expensive wheel and they are also verry brittle. id go for team dynamics reasonably cheap and strong. (they are also used in touring cars ). so must be of good quality
sure allot of you wont agree but my mk2 ph2 1.2 16v clio could beat 1.6s 1.4 etc 1.6 is about as good as it gets but that was with a remap k-tec exhaust de-cat and induction kit + striped soooo to make it easy for you thers no point just, get a faster car in the first place.
to remove the door strips what you need to do is open your door there is a rubber gromet (not far from the door catch) which is in line with the bump strips pop this out and keep it somewere safe. then use a skrewdriver to push the clip that is in the hole backwards, you should then be able to...

haha yer i flashed you when you came in. iv only had my 182 for about 2 weeks and absoloutly love it funny aswell as iv only recently moved to torquay. how long have you had yours?
thanks il check that but im not sure what powerstering fluid smells like is it a similar smell to neat screenwash? hopefully there will be somethink visible i can see.

ok now the noise is getting lowder and i can smell a burning smell it seems to be coming fron around the altenator area so could this be the aircon. verry woried now as dont want to drive the car incase i cause more damage

shame your so far away bud. id give it a bash yourself mate iv done 3 sets now and yes sanding and prep is boring as. if you mess it up just sand it and try again thers no harm in that mate. + youl save yourseld a bit of money
