try putting the rim on then carefully lowering it on to a block of wood, this will give you a rough idea were the wheel will sit then you can decide what tyre you want to run.
only 1 that i ever found and that was on driftworks bmw going for his 1st skid with stretched rubber lol.
OP best place to look is probably a dub forum or driftworks
stretched tyres are meant to have a higher pressure in them (unsure on the figures tho) you will also have less grip obviously. under hard driving yess there is the posibility of the tyre popping of hence the higher preasure to keep the tyres seated properly.
selling on behalf of my mum up for sale is my dads colechester student lathe. i take full responsibility for this item.
reason for sale is sadly my dad passed away a couple years ago and since then it has barely been used.
it will come with ALLOT of extras, there are more chuckes cutting...
pop the clips out from the edges closest to the midle of the bumper first then pull forwards to remove as the edge furthest from the center has a locating clip
i had this when i fitted m h&r coilovers, do you remember the order you took it off the std damper? once youve taken the topmount off there was a retailing bolt holding the spring in place. pretty sure you need this. think the order went... tophat (what youve circled) then a retaining bolt. then...
had pro race 1.2 in silver on my black 1.2 16v and loved them never seen another clio down my way with them on. the 'Chavs' normaly have burgerking wheels or wolfrace
i think it because allot of people cant justify spending near 1k for a decent set. and manny people dont use there car on track so thers no point really.
my clio 1.2 16v had a k-tec exhaust, k&n induction kit and CAF, and remaped and striped out and strut barace. no idea on bhp figures but was pretty nippy i loved the car and was allot better over std. im sure lots of 'haters' will say dont bother etc etc but whats the fun in that? just means...
^^ what are you on about. depending on how you driver the car will determin if you have problems. and what suspension you are using. mine rubs when cornering hard at the front. if you drive like a grog then youl be fine going low if not and you fancy a blast youll have problems.
is it really worth it for a measley power gain? if any. from what iv asked and been told the car will normaly be put in to the catagory of the engine you put in to it. so a nissan s13 insurance group 16 with a skyline conversion will go to insurance groupe 20 because thats what the skyline is...
i loved my yokys for the verry short time i had them. after a blow out on 1 and bead failure on the other three iv been put of completly. (same batch and all in the same area on the side that is pushed on) scared the crap out of me.
