yer still got a cat on it, dnt even need to drive it you can stay parked up and rev above 3k and it vibrates all the car...he didnt fit the backbox to the original hangers he used like a magnet one to hold the back box up could that cause anything?

Its got a lifetime warranty i took it to him and he said he cant see anything wrong, but i think i will have to again cause its terrible. Anyone else got any suggestions :)

I finally thought my car was all fixed and back on form....but as always with renos no! I had a new exhaust put on by powerflow, and now when ever i go above 3k in any gear it sounds as if the exhaust is really struggling and vibrates though the car and has a blowing kind of sound. Yet...

Check alternator bolts as well, one of mine was lose and the other missing so caused a rattle like a heat shield sound

just got mine back on the road after 1month, it was missing a alternator bolt,broken engine bracket, no exhaust, hanging/lose manifold. Just got it all fixed yesterday only owned it 4 months :( but driving it once it was all fixed made me happy :D

I was always under the impression that its only the backbox that changes the noise, think the tail pipe is just for show

Nah i took it back and said its worse than before so he messed around with it for an hour and then said i dont ow him anything :) Bad thing is getting my exhaust done there tomoz so probs do a crap job on that just for pay back.

62nm on all 8 bolts dont no if thats what he did, just basically power drilled them all in
