Police meeting today, got alot of quotes for services and belts being changed, turns out the dealer who sold me the car has over 140 cars on their forecourt, all "recently serviced" that the police are going to look into. Meanwhile, the garage that sold me the car want to take it back and mend...
UniPart have verified the receipt is a total fake, they took a few looks at it and wrote the codes into their system and said its not real, then the registration plate they require when they supply parts was not on their system at all, showing they have never supplied the parts for the car used...
Think i'm borrowing one off my girlfriends dad, is it okay to use just a cheap jack or do I need axle stands too? Planning to just put the wheels back on to let the brakes dry so they will be off for 30 mins at a time, jack doesn't seem too great quality but it lifted the car okay before.
Thanks

Can I be really cheeky and ask if anyone has a trolley jack I could use? Near the Tunbridge Wells area?
Want to paint my brakes again and clean out the inside of my wheels and my jack feels a bit weak for my liking!
Thanks
This morning I got into my Mk3 Clio Extreme to be met with the orange spanner service light solidly lit as I was driving to sixth form.

Anyone got ideas on removing a stain from the back of my drivers seat? Will post pics later but tried all the usual household chemicals in the kitchen to no luck.
Got some pound stretcher trim blackening spray the other day, must say i'm very happy with it and at a pound a can its just as good as any other trim blackening spray I've tried for alot less price! Used it on my tyres earlier as I've ran out of megs endurance tyre gel and it seems alright, not...

Hi,
Fairly new to this forum but I have a Monaco Blue MK3 Clio, and was wondering what mods other people have done to the exterior that fit in well with this colour? :)
Pictures would also be great!

Shes got a Nissan Micra K12 2003, and just had the stereo replaced with an aftermarket one, looking for the facia to improve how it looks in the...
Basically, when I open the drivers door and its been raining before hand since I last parked, water all comes out the holes on the bottom of the door?
Not a huge amount of water, id say around 50ml quite quick, enough to make a small puddle. I will try and take a photo when its light again :)...
With my new knowledge of which fuse it was, and even though I still had to bend the fuse box quite alot to change the fuse, I have changed the fuse! Old one was blown as expected.
All works now with my new Griffin adapter, not even going to risk trying the Belkin one again!
Sticks out just...
Okay so looking at that picture I feel... intelligent? ;) Just noticed the cigarette picture so that was an obvious one. Anyone guess what color my hair is? Haha.
