In my 2004 172 is standard Renault stereo I got a cabasse version but it won't work? I'm told they are powered different? it don't even ask for the code on the display it just does nothing but put the old one in and works fine?

I have a 172 an bought a cabasse stereo from a182 but it will not come up on the dash asking or code, I'm told it's powered different? is there anyway to get it working in my 172?? Cheers

I'm currently having insurance issues with them telling me it's a 182 and only insuring it as a 182 but I know for a fact it's a172, I've looked on my log book an it does not say on there and the engine code/number is not known so im hoping if I can find this then I can get the right insurance...

Yep that right, my m8s standard diagnostics will turn them all off but find no codes, but soon as I touch the steering wheel the come on & stay on

Hi I don't think he did drop the column, jus in unbolted the rack a put new one in? is the squib ring the same this as the angle sensor or two different parts? thanks

Hello m8, Pontnewydd but always buzzing about Cwmbran Newport & pontypool it's on 54 plate, and the phase 1 is silver but needs new engine in her! I found someone with clip but he said it wouldn't work on my car went he tried it but waiting back on someone with a rstuner now lol

Is that a computer hook up? Or changing sensor? They went off for a bit but soon steering wheel moves they come on

I have my ESP, abs and service light on after changing my steering rack yesterday so changed abs sensor on drivers side but there still on so passenger side tomorrow hopefully that fixes it, if that don't I have no idea, can anyone help pls??
