The front definitely needs to come down to match it now, but on some proper coilovers, f*ck running that on standard shocks.
Even if you cable tie that in place so it doesn't just fall out, you've got the risk of the car coming back down and it not lining up properly and spitting the spring...
Don't think I've ever seen the name mentioned anywhere on here ever. They may not even have a name, just a part number.
Why do you need to know the name?
Awesome. The fact that they're jacked up, yet the wheels are still further in the arches than a standard 200 sat on the road shows just how stiff the suspension is lol
Very nice as usual mate, you need to get out in it more now the weather's half decent, don't think I've seen it about since our wee blast when I got the 200.
Cornering light option is a must IMO, purely for the projector lense so you can whack an HID kit in there.
My current spec is: Recaros, Cup suspension, Cornering lights, Cup spoiler. If I'd have bought it new I'd have spec'd Speedlines too as for £150 you'd be mental not to.
Bilstein's won't leave it looking like it's on stilts, this was my old 172 on B14s:
Equal arch gap front and rear, didn't scrub, not too harsh over bumps, perfect. The cup a couple of posts above is simply too low at the front and parked on uneven ground, that's why it looks daft.
One crappy picture, you state 50mm lowering for a set of springs which lower 35mm at the most, and claim up to 60 MPG from a car which will not physically do 60 MPG unless you coast everywhere in neutral. It's also done 640K miles according to the advert.
Let someone else write the advert for...
This place gets more and more like Sax-P every day, amusing though.
Should have left this car standard and kept it tidy, not a fan of any of the mods on it.
