Might be a complete long shot but have you checked your calliper's for any wear on the carrier, mine knocks as its worn and it sounds like its gonna fall off :P also caused mad pad ware down one side :(

I got a knocking noise when on full lock reversing, turned out track rods where nacked :P

Mine had a pretty bad wobble, ended up needing two new track rod ends and a wheel alignment :P Set me back £47 :P

Cars looking great :D What are the pads like with the ktec big brake kit, are they bigger/smaller/same size as the 172/182's ? I have a loose calipper because of a worn carrier and am considering getting a set :D
