The TDC sensor is a common problem, its normally above the gearbox and sometimes it just needs a clean.

There's a pic, 2 bolt's get's it off :)
You could possibly hammerite the outside rims of the discs. Im guessing you are referring to the outside rims of the disk. If it's actual surface rust that should pass with breaking.
Cant see it being that effective though...
The Exhaust
The Bumper

Finished (Look at upside down)
Purchased a new rear backbox mount and also exhaust sealent from NWPerformance (Highly Reccomended)
Good Luck (Cost me a total of £250, bumper, exhaust, spraying, mounts, sealent and cat to...
I've done the above, the KTEC kit does not fit the 182 bumper perfectly - mine ended up melting some of the surrounds. I will post the pics below of the work and what it requires :P
Hmm, normally after you empty the system and fill up the tank most of it will drain out into the system and radiator ect so the tank needs refilling. If that has already been done and you have drove home and its empty again it might be leaking.

Took a bit of finding :P You should also join Renault forums, very good for things like this :)
Does sound TDC related, it's normally working its magic above the gear box... bit hard to see but will be close to where the block and box join and should have a cable running to it. 2 bolt's, clean it up and check the connection to loom.
Not done one personally but that black tube running from the front to the plastic is part of the intake, if you take off the plastic grey cover it will more than likely be nestled under there.

Few pic's of the crank sensor there, Located above your gearbox, little hard to see as I think the block coolant pipes run by it.
Yeah, when mine went it refused to start and rev's went a bit crazy. Mine was down to poor connection, fixed by braking off the plastic and attaching the wires directly with some electricians tape.
Typical :P im doing an oil change on pay day anyway :) Thanks :D
Would anybody rate Castrol Magnetec, going to buy some oil on weekend and im thinking 5-40/10-40
Had the timing belt done a few month back, does anybody know if the accessory belt would have been changed at the same time (I have the invoice below)
Thankies :)
As above, under the plastic on drivers side, few clips and you will see a plastic box. then 2 screws iirc, make sure the plastics are on right after, job done :)
Disk's

Cant go wrong with them, it's also better to use a more aggressive pad with these such as;

Pad's are expensive if you want more friction, although stay away...
I had the same issue, emissions light comes on because there is petrol in the cat (When I replaced my coilpack the light went off with no need for a reset) Also the engine will be very rough and rock about the engine bay alot. Sounds as above, coilpack issue :)
Could be a few things, more noise tends to mean more air escaping though. Might be anything from a blown exhaust to a leaky inlet, is the noise progressive or does it just come out when you floor it ?
Emissions light will be the petrol going through to the cat, i'm not familiar with the exact engine layout but try this, start the engine up and remove the coil leads one at a time, you should notice when a working one is removed the engine will struggle (or stall) and the other 3 will try pick...
Could be anything, try jacking the car up on axle stands, take the front wheel's off and set it in gear. From outside see if there is any noise from ball joint, its a long shot but you never know
