Ticking noise on mine a good few years back turned out to be one of the auxiliary pulleys which had a chunk cracked out of it. Could be a number of things though

Just try any decent motor factor. Wipers are dirt cheap.

Might be worth getting your timing checked and a new Lambda, the latter of which usually makes the mpg bad when faulty tho. Wouldn't hurt to have it rolling roaded also to see if its been badly tuned

Sorry mate iv just realised you have a 182 dohhhhh lol Still think 188 from a 182 with those mods would be very good going tho plus 150 @ wheels sounds a bit high on your old mods. Sure a near stock 182 would be around 140 @ wheels abouts

Post your graphs up? I reckon you would be doing well with 180 from those mods. Mid 170's more realistic

For the mods fitted, one result looks too high the other too low.

The vibration is a massive over exaggeration. Its hardly noticeable (if you fit them right)

Key(s) need recoding is the diagnosis with the flashing moby light / cutting out and dying prob. I think the failure to start was probably a random starter motor solenoid sticking issue. Its never done it since.
