One of my mates txted me to let me know that a blue mk2 v6 was heavily damaged on Maryhill Rd on Fri nite, just out of Bearsden. From the damage that was described it sounded if it was a write-off. And I think it was the new one down the road from me! :(

That intercooler is massive! Nice ;) Surely you must be losing power though with the small amount of open space at the front in relation to the size of the intercooler. You should paint it black and cut a hole in the bumper to give you more bhp! And it would still have most of the sleeper...

I was told that the std cd player in my 172 cup doesnt have a cd changer port and a fm one would have to be used! So thats what ive got. Why is it not as good? It hasnt been installed yet though so i could return it. They still havent sourced the dash clip for it after 1 1/2 months!

It must be is he not the first customer in the u.k to get this?

Yeah well it takes a bit of arguing but u will get them replaced eventually under warranty especially if they snap like mine did! And neil i dont think it helps that my car is not garaged at all, especially in scotland where you get rain almost every day! Maybe the garage will fit brembos...

And i use my car all the time and the brakes are still rusting badly!

Ive had the same experience with the renault dealers. They cover their asses first by blaming it on the owner even though it is obviously a prob with the equipment. But i got mine replaced eventually under warranty!

I hope not or my car would be doing backward flips! Makes me wonder exactly how worn the pads are........ How can they say they are 40% worn after 3k miles? Pad thickness? Cheers Fraser
