Yeh there should be tyre weld in there (or that's what mine has/had).
Had to take it our when ive got buckets, going to mount it some where else I think
Ah right mate, you seen the name on the garage or something then?
Yeh pop round if you see me, was contemplating sorting a bit of an open day, good for pics round there, on site steam cleaner, dad could check over any problems on motors and mates have a big variety of nice motors so could be a...
Lol, I felt like the biggest fool in the world when I did it!
Yeh mate, how you know it? There most weekends now doing stuff on the car lol, it's so handy
Yeh mate!
Cheers mate, I know I remember the argument over whether it would ever be repairable :rasp: lol.
Well that was the idea...
Depends on your mood, if you've had a bad day at work then the last thing you want is a yozza chewing your ears off on the drive home but if you've had a bad day at work then sometimes the best thing is a yozza chewing your ear off lol.
They sound no where near as good inside the car than out...
Blue 182 parked up at Asda in Westbrook with Cliosport stickers.
Blue 172 on the M6, passed me near Wigan junction going North bound.
Silver 172 about 9'ish on M6 northbound in the exact same place near skem junction!
And a silver 172ph1 again in the exact same place 5 seconds later.
I...
O rly, I think this needs to be done :o Will let the mrs figure it out in her own time.
Much difference power delivery wise between this and a RS Tuner map? Anybody know?
They're Ktec coilovers mate, not too sure what they're set at but since i've changed the seats it seems to be at the perfect compromise now for driveability (doesn't rub so much) and height.
It's not silly low, only problem I have is my backbox sometimes catches on big speed bumps.
Cheers mate!
Good to see something different but they just make the rest of the interior looks massively aged and dreary looking, would need black seats I reckon to pull them off
Cheers mate, you not want my 182 steering wheel yet? lol
Update:
Second seat now fitted along with harnesses, don't look like such an idiot any more in the morning rush hour lol.
Was a bit worried the seat was a bit skinny for the car (even though it's a clio) but the two fill the car...
They don't look bad at all, think my car would pull them quite well, will get some bought in the summer and post up pics, if only for the purposes of being a guinea pig!
Lol, well it was on the ramps as he was telling me and it had clearly been undersealed and the mud flaps I had never seen before so had no reason not to believe it although i did say that id never heard of it before :dontknow:
They might not fit in the panels quite the same but always sand them down or something, the mounting point holes wouldn't be any different I don't reckon
I'm 1/2 & 1/2 about selling them to be honest, the bright wheels thing is getting too common now plus fancy a change so give me a shout when you do as I might sell them :)
Looking at getting some speedline 2118's, tone the car down a bit
Well there's no airbag in it so it can't work, I was under the impression it stopped the passenger side from working but had it on Clip system at the weekend and it read no faults so passenger side may well work.
Brentacre should be fine, I was with them last year, just make sure they...
Yeh 300mm mate, they were fine, Adrian Flux are great, rang them up to tell them and within 5 seconds it was added.
Indeed he is lol, you lot going TFS?
Was hoping to mate but going Canada end of April so think I might have to give it a miss now as I need spends :-\
I'm quite happy with how the car is turning out, just angry at myself for the whole steering wheel issue.
Car is booked in for a machine polish & wax end of this month so going to take 2 days off work before The Fast Show to get it immaculate, all the plastics need treating and wheels need a...
O hello again
Not updated this for a good few months, as usual winter blues kicked in and hadn't done much to the car at all except an oil change (it seems to be using around 1/2 a litre of oil every 4-6 weeks so need get find out why).
New year came anyway so got my act together and got a...
It's best way to apply it to be honest, it's what I do with Victoria wax, can get into all the nuts & cranies plus you get a more even spread I find. Your guaranteed grit aint getting caught up either!
Sometimes do it in my undies when the neighbours are out
