I find Rush can be quite chilled t hough, if you're attacking and a sniper you can get a good position and chill the hell out. Conquest is good too but I prefer Rush personally.

The update contains the Vietnam pack, so if you go to buy it, it's already installed. Get it though, feels like a new game!

I think if you go on the Activision website you can pay a small fee for the code, you don't need to rebuy the game mate.
