Going to a mates house, in Emersons & drove past a Blue cliosport (182?) and had a nice flashing of the lights :-)
I was in a 172 cup by the way.

If your not... then.... whooops
On friday afternoon, i was driving to the renault dealer (in a 172 cup) in mangotsfield, bristol & saw a liquid yellow clio with a very.. very...
I suppose you could try looking for a simple backup batch file on the net? (as long as your pen drive, drive letter is the same for all the pc's you use) that might help you, i'm sure there are loads around.
See if there are any shared printers.. and taunt them...
I had this with one of my neighbours.. i didn't have the balls to print to his printer though as ididn't really know him at the time lol
Daft bugger left the default password on his router too, he's lucky i'm a good lad :-)
Didn't actually see the driver, i was turning up shortwood road in mangotsfield (the one with the little post office) and your car was coming up the main road.
enjoy fellow Bristolian Cliosporter :-)
I'm amazed you don't see many around, i seem to see loads, hardly ever when i'm in mine.. but then i do drive around alot in a work van.
Is it more involed than 'just' swapping springs for lowered ones?
i.e is there any setting up to be done that the average DIY'er would have trouble with?
I saw a lowered 172 cup today... .and it got me thinking Hmm
Just lowering it a few mm on springs, would that affect the handling at all?
Heres a site that shows you how to improve the itrips range http://www.chrisgunton.com/?page_id=19
Gotta expose the aerial.. not very pleasing to the eye afterwards!
Never done this, so whether it would help you out i don't know.
While out & about in Bristol today i spotted these:
**52 AAK - Blue 172 cup, on the Badminton road heading towards Downend at around 12 ish. Looking lowered too.. very nice
**03 SKW - Blue 172 cup, just saw this in sainsburys carpark in Emersons Green.
Angone?
ahhh thanks for that, i thought the wiring would be the same, meaning it would simply replace the existing one.
Oh well.... i won't bother then
Cheers for the comments
Driving from Dursley towards bristol on the A38 today and spotted a very very clean looking N reg clio 1.8 16v parked up at a house just on the A38, in a place called Stone i think.
Think someone was cleaning it.
It did look amazing! (had aftermarket alloys on it aswell)
