same happened to my sister in a S reg renault Laguna... same catch???
luckily she wasn't going too fast, but she was on holiday at the time & the bonnet wouldn't stay down for the 200mile drive home.
lol... well i never knew that lol (after owning 2 clios too! - never read manuals!)
Might have to try that :-)
Thanks guys, i've been meaning to ask this for ages.
I normally change the oil half way between services myself, i have just had a thought though.
As my car is still under warranty until november, will me changing the oil myself affect the warranty?
I suppose if i got hold of a genuine filter it wouldn't matter, but just wondering out of...
I have previoulsy owned a 51 (2002) plate clio dynamique & now a 53 plate 172 cup.
Neither of these locked the doors as i pulled away, yet i get into a mates 51 (2001) plate Clio Authentique (i think) as she pulled away you can hear the doors lock? whats that all about?
How come the...
If looking at a 172 'cup' have a look at the rear discs & check they are not rotten.
Mine needed replacing at around 12k & just over 2 years old. (luckily under warranty)
(touch wood) the rust seems to be clearing off when driven now unlike before.
Other than that, mine has been just fine...
hell... mine gets hosed down then some soapy stuff in warm water, then hosed down & dried with a chamois.
I feel bad now.. need to get some polish..need to get some polish!!
(and learn how to use it!!)
mine have the blacks spots on too.... in need of a clean..
The wheels are another story!!! got loads of black spots.. tar?? or whatever it is, doesn't wanna move & gets worse & worse :-(
Spotted an 03 plate Blue 172 cup in the carpark for B&Q/Hobby craft etc... Cribbs Causeway tonight (6.30-7pm ish)
Think it had a '172 cup' sticker on the back aswell.
Anyone??
i'm sure the birds hate me.. they watch me wash my car then crap on it!!! most weekends!!
then i'll wipe it off & the next time i walk past the car it's back again!!!
i've been going to change mine for a while now, but i'm still not sure if it'll be worth it seeing as i don't want to change the standard HU.
So would it make sense spending £150 on some speakers which would ideally be running from an amp?
Still unsure.
Get a cup :-) - I must admit i did get one with climate though, fancied a bit of that!
had mine since last september, only problem i have had (touch wood) was the corroded rear discs which where changed under warranty (due to being low mileage)
I absolutely love the car, goes like a rocket &...
do you have the dashboard tweeters at the moment?
If so are you planning on buying some components (mids in the doors & tweeters under the dash)?
Been hearing good things about Rainbow speakers if your going down the Component route.
Try having a look on www.caraudiosecurity.com
I'm...
just as i thought...
I'm assuming (for now) that it is the only webserver going from IIS5 to 6 being win2000 to 2003.
So probably the best way would be to get a separate server & install server2003 & IIS6 ... copy all web content or whatever across, set the bad boy up (however you do that)...
I have this scenario:
There is a requirement that a web server, which is in constant use, be upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003.
Anyone have any main points (not wanting to too go indepth or anything) to consider when looking into this?
Will Active Directory play a part in...
Spotted a trophy tonight at around 8.30ish, in mangotsfield just past a renault dealer & got on the Ring road, driving towards the sainsbury's Emersons Green roundabout at great speed :-)
Didn't get the plate, as i was driving like a granny... well actually it was quite far ahead of me...
just went on the renault online service booking site just to gave a gander at the service prices & no matter while service i select it's the same price of £188.94
