Didn't actually see the driver, i was turning up shortwood road in mangotsfield (the one with the little post office) and your car was coming up the main road.

This Saturday evening I was on the Avon Ring Road at Longwell Green around 7pm and saw a black 172 with what looked like anthracite or darker 182 alloys. It was hard to tell exactly what wheels they were as the car didn't come to a stop but I was confused when I didn't see two exhausts on the back as I thought it was a 182 at first.

I believe it had a personalised plate which almost got sucked into my ram air intake!

It got in my way coming off the Cinema/Bowlplex roundabout heading towards Warmley but fair play to the driver as he moved over as soon as he could and I went past.

Can't remember the plate, was it the same car as in this thread?

Hooray in 2 years thats my first successful spot of a CS member!!!!

That was a quick bike, i looked like i was stood still....

Yeah first time I've had a proper chance to open her up since running it in. My legs felt weak and my arms were shaking when I got home though as it scared the s**t out of me. I reckon it does 80 to 140 quicker than my 182 does 0-60.

It only has a standard exhaust but what did it sound like?
