The JCW is a fantastic car if its the 210bhp Supercharged variant.
Very torquey and quicker than any Clio point to point.
ClioSport strikes again as theres no opinion like the opinion of someone whose never sat in one never mind drove one
Fair play! I used to run a 2003 Saxo VTS and it would have rattled the fillings out your mouth but this 106 is solid it seems really well put together which if im honest, im kinda worried it doesnt rattle lol :(
Everyones telling me about these im looking into them on 106OC
I was very lucky with this i think (it was the first one i looked at, and to add 126 miles from my door..)
Cheers mate, you own one aswell eh?
For the record, why does everyone keep using the... "if it were modified..." tagline?
Well yes it would win as it would be modified.
So if we have a 182 with the K-tec turbo set up to 260-290bhp what would win the modified car or the standard car...?

Clio's, showing veyrons how its done in the twisties since 1994

I have been informed from the legend that be Big Iain that it will out pace and out handle any 172 with a few cheap choice mods so watch this space. ;)
After seeing what some of the lads have done over at 106OC it has gave me a bit of insight into it...
Possibly, an exhaust definatley as its running a VTS at the moment and the GTI has a hidden back box where as the VTS doesnt :o
As above Justin matey :)
In some ways it does yeah but it really is a hoot to drive mate, it reminds me of why i loved them in the first place, there are absolutley no toys and no mod cons, its raw driving at minimal cost!
Ill keep this until the paint fades (or i write it off, whichever...
Not decided yet Russ, i think tyres are the first port of call as although the ones that are on it are new id say you would be better with slippers lol :o
Performance wise its not as quick as a 172 (in my opinion)
Although its very keen to shift up the gears and it does so with absolutley no hesitation, its very revvy and id say although your in a better driving position (than the Clio as most will agree its a little inert) it really feels like...
