Thought i'd post up a few pics of my new RS, picked her up about three weeks ago and have been loving driving ever since! I've got a few subtle mods planned e.g. lowering, maybe some anthracite alloys and still debating whether to keep the racing stripes - your thoughts welcomed.

Can you antracite my silver alloys? If so, whats the damage likely to be? Cheers

Guess its not the most popular colour, seen a lot of silver and black/gold. I've never seen another racing blue in South London/ Surrey. Wouldn't have a clue on actual numbers though.

I pay £133 on personal loan, insurance is paid up and petrol is around £80 per month.

I've recently bought a 182, 54 plate, 30k, spolier pack, no suspension but in mint condition (unmarked alloys) for £7500. Not sure how good this deal was, but i'd be hard pushed paying £1,500 for less miles and the suspension pack. I'd be happy paying up to £8,250, but as others say if its up...

Bit of a novice when it comes to car maintenance, how would you check if it was the pads - is there a certain size they shouldn't be allowed to get to? Thanks in advance;)

Wondered if anyone had experienced this before. Only had my 182 for a couple of weeks, so hoping its nothing too major. I was on a dual carriageway and there was a fair bit of standing water about, travelling at about 60mph. Went through a bit of water but nothing too deep, suddenly the STOP...

You'll notice it! I went from a fiesta 1.1 to a 182, now thats a jump!:D

Hi newbie here, I've just bought a racing blue 182, 04 reg 30,000 miles in mint condition with full length stripes!!. The alloys are perfect, no scrapes, but i really want the gun metal ones. Anyone know where you can get these, or can you spray the ones i've already got. Cheers
