ive posted on DW and someone said they have a vRS, and 2 passes of G10 tackled it, i dont know why but something like that wouldnt have any effect on mine, G10 is only a finishing polish

its possible i guess but would need looking at, if damaged those wires can cause all kinds of problems to show up, and many different fault codes to be logged aswell
not sure which it is, but are there not another 2 next to it which are the same part number ?
if they are then you could try one of the others in its place to see if it works
Renault dont list just the joint, and its noted on the system that only NEW driveshafts should be used on the Renaultsport Clio's, not sure if the remanufactured ones wont fit, or whether there is another issue
yup as above, didnt read your 'Car:' yours doesnt have a tensioner so its just a belt
and Gates stuff is more than fine, the majority of OE kits are Gates
that looks to be a Gates part number, not genuine Renault
aux belts do NOT come in timing belt kits, unless things have changed very recently, ive been doing parts for 6 years so i know the market pretty well
also, not only the belt should be changed, the aux belt tensioners need changing...
im pretty sure they are under the bonnet in the fuse box
you will see a bank of black relays (possibly brown on some older cars), all will have the same part number on top, it ends in 484, take them out to see if they have any corrosion on them, if they dont, try swapping them around to see if...
if the TDC is playing up sometimes it will start fine, other times it will just turn over
buy it from Renault as sometimes the connector is at fault and only Renault sell the new ones with the new loom aswell, buy a factors one and you will probably still have the fault
