its about the same price at the dealers why just the belt though ?.......if the aux belt is removed it should always be replaced and the same goes for rollers/tensioners, thats what the Renault guidelines say anyway...

if you have running problems, do you have the pencil type coils ?.....if so maybe one of those has gone, could also be the reason for poor mpg aswell, would be worth cleaning the throttle body with some carb cleaner aswell the gearstick jumping all over the place is the rear dogbone mount, and...

the stuff you list, mounts, shafts, etc would require a bit more than a test drive to diagnose, i think you need to take it to a local garage mate and get it on the ramps too what actual problems do you have with it

if yours has the 1220 battery in it then some other people may be able to programme it, please dont buy one from Ebay the vast majority are faulty !

find a group of 3 relays, usually black, the part number on them ends in 484, check they are clean, quite common to corrode

with the hot weather chances are that the K&N was drawing in warmer air than the OE airbox does, warmer air is less rich in oxygen therefore lower power

Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project nope, the high idle problem on a valver/willy is caused by a bad earth on the speedo cable try adding an extra wire to yours to try and improve the earth, has worked for some in the past and saves taking everything to bits

dont buy a Hitachi they sell at Dixons, they are rubbish the Samsung we got as a replacement is really good, got it from PC World, its actually a monitor/tv

right ive now got the demo of Nero 9 and that wont go slower than 16x, Media Player doesnt even show the actual speed your recording at, and tbh ive never liked Media Player

just had a look and Roxio wont let me burn slower than 15x also noticed PC World have currently got Nero for £39.99

ive got Roxio at the moment which works fine, but having a problem with discs burnt for in car, gonna try some better quality discs and a slower burn speed, but wanted to try Nero again too
