No idea, seems like a bit of a farce to me so was just interested to hear from anyone who has first hand using it.
It has its own special mixing guide and everything for specific waxes, but not sure if that is thrown in to impress you with pseudo-science like homepathy.
Maybe I will check on...
As per title, did anyone ever try the Polycharger system? The boats of improving wax durability by up to 400% seems a little hard to believe, and the fact they are on sale in a few places suggests they are having difficulty shifting them.
I never bothered getting any but was just wondering if...
Yep, and saves time. Also in the summer can't tackle a black car on a hot day as no matter how fast you work get calcium deposits where the water evaporates (I live in a very hard water area) which is an absolute mare to work around, and just really annoys me.
It even got to the stage this...
Yeah drying is one part I hate. Plus its really annoying on the Clio water dribbles continuosly from the rear windows down the rear quarters (mainly on the right for some reason?!) and when you go to open a door or boot you always get a few water drops that need to be wiped up or else they dry...
Yeah for me next on the list is the AB foam lance then the water purifier, although won't get that until I finish uni towards the summer. In fact I might even wait until Easter at least for the foam lance as can't use my own washer up in Leeds.
Jamie - the AB foam lance is meant to have better...
I think for getting a decent amount of suds on the car its pretty good...don't know why people slate it as only seems marginally less suds than the images I have seen using the Gilmour, the Karcher is the way to go though. Get the Autobrite foam lance though Jamies its meant to be better than...
About 1/3 to 1/2 mate. Use warm water too it works much better that way.
I do:
Rinse the car well with water.
Cover with foam.
Rinse.
Cover with foam.
Wash with mitt using 3 bucket method (at least this time of year, car is filthy!)
Rinse
Yep probably was a waste of time looks wise but was actually quite tricky to clean up today especiallt the wheels. Does anyone know if they are adding semen to road salt these days as it was very sticky and didn't smell very good?!?
Yes mate, a clean car is statiscally less likely to be involved in a crash. Clean windows are a must though, a good bit of wax in the winter goes down a treat too.
Thats what I am thinking now. TBH of that was "advising" my dad as he started to wash his car, so was telling him that smearing a dirty mitt over his 55 plate Boxster S wasn't a great idea. Then had to tell him not to clean his wheels with the bucket I was using to clean my paint, and then he...
Just spent 6 hours doing my car, finally got some more wax on and the arches sorted. Have to say the amount of crap that came off was horrendous! The new Karcher came in very handy though - still got to get the AB foam lance though.
Now I am freezing and will probably rain later but pleased its...
Its all about glossy tyres! On a black car especially looks great when the paint is in good nick.
And dirty wheels and tyres really lets down an otherwise clean car. Same for windows. I like my windows being as shiny as the metal.
Well the Ford Ka hasn't had a proper facelift since it was launched over a decade ago, so goes to show if a product is selling there is no need to change it.
It won't get an LCI revision until at least 2010 is my prediction.
Apparently the Viewty is meant to be ok, my only experience with LG was when I got a phone on 3 and it was the worst experience of my life, the phone was ok but the network was just terrible and got horribly ripped off, so not liked LG since as I assosciate them with those dark days...was just...
