You can get a Cat B car back from the insurance company, I have a mate who did, but they take the V5 etc and it's not allowed to be fixed to be put back on the road.
Good start, good choice on going for 60mm springs. I'd personally lose the angel eyes for some proper 172/182 xenons, then get a set of ph2 172 wheels for it and see where you want to go from there.
I wouldn't touch it personally. For a start it's ugly, and if you waited a while and saved up a bit more cash you could have a genuine cup instead of a 1.2 someone has completely ripped apart and there's no guarantee that it's been put back together properly.
Indeed it is all down to personal taste wether you like the handling/ride of the Apex springs on RS Clios or not, I can't say as I've never experienced it.
