Apex springs. Some people will recommend you upgrade the shock absorbers, tbh you really should, but I've been running mine on standard shocks for months with no problems. Had the car on the ramp the other day and still no signs of leakage.
Yes, but only cause he rubbed through on half of it taking out chips etc. If any damage has been removed before you prime it and you don't rub through too much when flatting you do not need to re-prime it. I work in a bodyshop (I'm a painter) and we never re-prime after flatting.
Powdercoat them everytime if you can afford it. The only reason mine are painted is because I work in a bodyshop and can paint them for free. Powder coating lasts 100 times longer than any paint ever would.
60mm drop yes, anything less than that on a 1.2 is pointless and you'll get bored of it. I'd go for the black wheels, but not the black bonnet, IMO looks like a cheap attempt at making it look like carbon fibre.
