You have to let mark know the size of the top cap for your suspension.
For AST's i think again you have to choose the right size, not sure about Ktec though
Genuine rear.
Rear shocks you can do yourself, 19mm nut underneath, 12mm nut on top, remove and refit.
Dont quote me on sizes, but i reckon you could do it in about 10 minutes

The thing you have to think about is what do you want? Do you want to spend 10k in total on a clio? Or would you rather have a bigger/nicer car with alot more potential?

So your probably running around 170-175 maybe.
I increased mine from 158bhp to 204bhp.
If I was you though, I would be looking at another car really, nice meg maybe.
