Standard springs around £50 maybe. Fitting, you can do it yourself, or ask someone on here who might be close to you to do them. If you were close i would do em for £20 or some beer.

It will fit, but as above you might aswell just turbo the F4R. Or if your going to the trouble on an engine change, 1.8T vag engine.

You will only get hot air once the engine is warm, putting A/C wont change this. Its normal. Well mine is the same :)

Yeh mate, definately makes a difference to the car, idles well, pulls well. Then sell it on = even more of a bargain! Im no tech geek so dont quote me on the netbook working though :o

The map you download from the rstuner site is the group n 98 ron map i think its called. Think you just need a pc with internet, and usb port.
