some people rip out the central vents and move the head unit up into there, you could do that...

dont think one would go in properly, you can adjust the angle on most if not all of em, but when it first opens it will still hit the dash, plus it wont be forward enough for you to even see the screen

they aint the same colour mate so it wont be that easy (dont cut the H/U harness, these cost about £25+ to replace)
