With that pipe you've basically got a cold air feed as standard, which I think is a restriction anyway, your best bet is to remove the standard cold air feed and create your own with a bigger bore pipe. Atleast it's an enclosed filter which in its current position will be bringing in fairly...

As title, it had what looked like 3" slash cut exhaust system, KTEC sticker on the front bumper, passenger side. Assume it's on the forum, looked smart! Who was it?

Must depend on the exhaust system aswell, right? My Corsa used to pop a lot due to the system on it.

It's always nice to have a fault code reader though :)

A £5 oil breather on the end of the oil line that goes into the bend for the air box will do the same won't it. stops oil/oil vapour getting in through the inlet.

Best and easiest thing to do is: Take out the Hard-drive and get it into another machine and backup all necessary files. Put the hard-drive back into the affected machine and re-install Windows.

I'm on BT infinity 1 and it's awesome. Rarely drops unless they're doing work on the lines and good wifi coverage. My GF has Virgin Media fibre optic broadband which is fine if you're right next to the hub but if you're upstairs in her room the wifi connection is awful, literally have to sit on...
