Sounds excellent, might look into it a bit more as I fancy making the jump from photographing cars to actually driving them. Since I'm quite familiar with the 182 it makes sense.
Cheers,
Rhod.
Car is looking fantastic Scott, I've heard rumblings of a Clio 182 one make championship is in the pipeline in a similar format to the 205/RWD Challenge. Heard anything about it?

I was back in Primary School when I read that.
I wouldn't say the Police are any more or less stringent than anywhere else in the UK. I've only been pulled over once in 6 years of driving.
In Tesco Petrol station opposite Police HQ then followed us down the A48. Had Amphasight Turinis and an absolutely hideous after market exhaust dangling down below the rear bumper; looked like it was held on with cable ties. Sounded awful.
Chick driving it was quite cute though.
To be honest, I wouldn't host any of my images with photobucket. It absolutely nukes the colours and the shots also look alot softer than the originals. Compare a shot on your PC with one hosted on the site and you'll see what I mean.
I've only ever had one c**k-jockey in a VTR try it on when I had my 172 Cup almost 3 years ago; slowing down then speeding up right to my bumper driving through a residential area in Swansea. No-one has tried it on with the Trophy though in 2 years of owning it.
Quick update....
Had the car back from Renault today, and they confirmed that the Brake Fluid Reservoir cap wasn't secured causing the fluid to leak out everytime I touched the brakes. The subsequent heat generated melted the reservoir and caused the flames.
I have to say that even though...
No it was Renault Neath that did my brakes on Thursday. I had my 36k service done at Leyshons two weeks ago and they were great tbh.
I was on my way home from shopping with the Mrs and the nipper, so no serious braking!
Just spoke to the dealer again, and they're giving me a courtesy car...
Cheers gents, just spoken with the dealership in question and they're sending a vehicle to recover my car. I've also emailed Renault UK describing what's happened.
The chap did say that he doesn't think brake fluid is flammable anymore, so it must have been the reservoir cap left loose which...
Should be, I'll be ringing them in the morning and I've also fired off an email to Renault UK explaining the situation.
Any Renault experts on here care to offer an opinion? Yoz, GDI etc? Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the stealers deny responsibility.
Cheers,
Rhod.
Had my 36k service done just over a week ago at Renault Bridgend and then had my brakes done yesterday at Renault Neath. Driving home earlier noticed a funny smell in the cabin so took it easy just to get it home. Reversed up onto my drive and the smell got much worse, switched off the engine...
Got my arse up to North Wales last weekend for the Plains Rally. First time I'd ever been to these Forests so was just wandering aimlessly looking for a good spot or two.
Came home with a few shots I was pleased with:

There's a few more on...
Two of my mates just phoned me pissing themselves laughing after seeing some twunt in a Trophy driving through Neath with his music absolutely blaring.
Guy sounded like a right chav by their description.
Hope to bloody God they were mistaken and it wasn't a genuine T.
