    Custom ported inlets on ebay

I looked into the bigger throttle body and found out test have been done with no gains to be had.. Inlet manifold have been tested and you do get a small gain but for £300 ints not worth it, I can port a inlet for half that but you won't get it back powder coated.

Picked up the head from the machine shop after its skim. Just waiting for the valves now then recut the seats. Looking into the plug thread modifications for you, maybe its a little overkill but as long as you torque them to standard spec it will be fine

Only to work out the compression ratio on Clio heads but if I do work to them like valve shrouding, smoothing, highly polish or any work to the chambers etc then I will cc them to balance the chambers.

Some people polish to stop carbon build up. Carbon will build up on any surface no matter how smooth it is.

If it's direct that's fine but he wouldn't gain anything by polishing.

Highly polished on the inlets is very bad. Not good for fuel atomisation

You'll be surprised how much the head makes a difference as your is a later head and respond more to the head work so you will see more of a gain

    head work??? (pics)

Just done a Ph2 head and i can say that i much prefer these heads if you plan on modifying one, The Ph1 head will give good power but with a loss of torque, A Ph2 head has smaller exhaust ports and respond better to head work as the port size is smaller thus keeping gas speed up.
